Speaking of a rat's ass, a rat's ass got caught in my chicken coop netting and his ass it petrifying before my eyes and I am not untangling it so every morning when I let the birds out I look at a rat's ass who thought he was sassy and clever...but he was not.
I know, it's sad. I didn't notice or I would have helped him when he was alive despite them driving me nuts. I have rescued one from the netting before.
Dang, once again, I missed a great topic (the one on fuckers, etc.). That takes me back to one of the first angry arguments I had with my wife (who was my girlfriend at the time), where I yelled at her out of exasperation, "you fucker!"
She was instantly stunned, and hurt. "I'm a fucker?" 😢😢 So, softy me, backed off entirely and had to admit, "to be honest, I don't even really know what a fucker is. I'm a fucker too, for that matter... whatever that really means." So, I apologized and invited her to call me a fucker whenever she liked, because, whatever it is, I am probably that... at least some of the time. 😆
... I found it heartbreaking reading about "loving a machine"... giving up on human interaction, connection and intimacy. Feeling drawn to AI in a metal construct wrapped in rubber ... inhuman and artificial.. humans have become so separated, so disconnected.. will we become less and less human.?. We seem to be heading this way already .. Nothing replaces the human energy that we get when we connect, that light we get, this charge .. a comforting and "heartfelt" hug or smile. Or funny interactions, often caused by human error and mishaps. Or even rat's asses!!
I do not have the capacity to wrap my head around it... all I can think is:
