Alchemy
They all involve various modes of healing and reintegration, with the full reintegration of source consciousness without any fragmentation remaining being the ultimate goal.
Transmutation of energy is one of these healing/integration modes.
I believe we became a fragmented consciousness due to some kind of trauma which now perpetuates in the micro as well as in the macro, fractally and holographically.
In here, inside the dream/simulation/expectation engine, we get whatever we expect.
We get what we expect because everyone and everything shares the same consciousness and so we are able to influence outcomes by going inward and observing the outcomes we want as events that have already occurred - and then the rest of consciousness is obliged to create that experiential choice by shifting around what you experience outwardly once you take action toward the outcome you have perceived in your mind’s eye.
Think about it in terms of the double slit experiment, but take that a step further and realize that “measurement” and “observation” can be used to harness the way the wave collapses into a particle from a superposition through observing or measuring in our minds the outcome through expectation.
So we have to focus on always expecting to get what we want by going inward and choosing it through observation of future outcome, not by attempting to affect the outward manifestation of what we perceive to be “reality” directly through force, manipulation, or coercion of the explicate.
These outward facing modes generate strife and lead to rifts, additional fragmentation, and a further lack of healing/reintegration.
The explicate (and our experience thereof) is altered by influencing the implicate and then taking action toward that manifestation.
Doing it this way will require effort but not force.
The only thing you have direct control over is your own perception (which is directly manufacturing your experience and influencing your subsequent actions).
The good news is that that’s all you need.
You are in control of your own experience - because literally everything and everyone within your experience is also you, just as is the case in the dream state.
It’s all the same “networked” consciousness.
It used to just exist as a single consciousness, and now it has fragmentation modes that block the retrival of observations from other modes, just like a human being would have fragmentations of memories, which are really stored prior observations, when the mind sequesters them because they have been deemed traumatic by the overall system.
The universe basically has a colossal case of DID (dissociative identity disorder).
But that’s fairly simple to circumvent once you know it’s possible and you alter your perception to integrate the new knowledge of what is possible.
Simple. Not necessarily easy.
Whenever you learn a new expanded consciousness tool, you realize more and more that all human beings have the inherent ability to connect with expanded consciousness in that same manner.
For instance, 80% of first time remote viewers will get a hit on the first try.
It’s because we’re accessing all observations as a whole from a shared consciousness but from the vantage point of a fragment of the whole overall consciousness.
We just don’t perceive it that way until we learn that that is the case.
Most of the fragments have no clue they are inside of a dream/sim/expectation engine.
The way to change that is not by shaking them awake, but by going inward and choosing to have an experience where other fragments just like you (because they are you) wake up to the nature of this realm and do not fear it.
There is likely an ebb and flow to fracture and reintegration over trillions+ of “years.”
Sometimes we heal. Sometimes we break worse before healing. All of that feels natural to me.
You can access the other facets even while they are cordoned off from your experience when you are in beta brain wave state (normal waking consciousness).
Studying expanded consciousness gives you the tools to do that.
There are many ways to do that, so whichever catches your eye and sparks your interest is fine to pursue.
And they all interrelate.
So, having learned one, you can apply the experience to learning other modalities.
Eventually you realize you can combine all of what you have learned and create your own pathways via the shorthand you create within yourself.
