Thank you. I needed that. I have been on the phone all morning with AT%T to cancel my landline. They cannot do it, because I forgot my code AND my safety question (what is your favorite restaurant - 15 years ago... hmmm... it is probably gone LOL). Now I got to drive 50 miles to 'restore my account' so I can cancel it. Logical, right? Yes I will survive this, too.
