I’m currently reading, no, devouring, a book by Matt Kahn called, “Whatever Arises, Love that.” There’s a healing ❤️🩹 with every page turned. To love every feeling, even the “I don’t fucking know how to love this feeling!” is my intention and it opens up so much space. Soooo much relief.

A little alignment and a good measure of mindfulness and discipline, and alignment is meant for me.
I also see how a married couple integrates into a whole, it’s a beautiful experience to have achieved. Intentions, and actions are also forced multiplied when a couple aligns in here aspects of their lives.
