I think, and I have no facts to back me up here, but a pretty good hunch, that younger generations are more susceptible to pain and hurt than older generations. I hypothesize, that after Gen X, male pain tolerance cratered and fell off a cliff. I have only the experiences that I have witnesses around me to make this determination but time and time again, the Millennials, and now Gen Z coming up, have proven to be some fragile ass motherfuckers. No wonder they no longer party and go to the clubs (are there night clubs still?), the hangover on the following day would have these poor helpless souls laid up for a week on end. That’s not even to mention their mental state if they struck out when they tried to ask a real live girl out on a date. Do they still date or do they just swipe a certain way and bang and then judge courtship of fuckitude? I’ve no clue. That may be for another piece. Back to pain…
