Thank you for including me here, there are many talented people, as I get to know their thinking via their writing, I admire them more and more.

Plus I'm glad you liked my holiday madness - I have way too much energy sometimes, it comes out in impractical ways. Food is love, meat is truth, the Smoking Cabinet of Culinary Curiosities is like the Tardis for adventurous eaters.
