It’s an honor to be on the list. I took some time to read each introduction, fascinating people with extraordinary experiences. All slightly off the beaten path. And there is weird connection of a fearless pursuit of seeing with fresh eyes. I enjoy that so much. It’s been years since I followed mainstream media, but once in awhile I will read or see an item from them delivered generically with the whiff of their corporate agenda-I’m shocked that I was once thinking that was news. Now, I get updates from independents, like here in your list-it is so damn refreshing. Thank you.

Demi, it’s a strange feeling as if I’m part of one of your art projects. You are a scientist of the human spirit, and finding and showing these patterns of authenticity. And we are all so hungry for it. Practically, I’m learning from how you “work a room.” So bit by bit making it my own.
