In this weekly live class, Hemi-Sync or Monroe Sound Science audio settles your body into a state of deep rest while keeping your mind fully alert, opening the door to expanded consciousness. In this relaxed state, you practice noticing what your intuition is telling you and writing it down before you second guess it. Over time, this practice makes it easier to trust what you’re sensing and helps you to tap into your own guidance on command. Sharing your experiences with the group helps you to learn more from the experiences of others, while meditating together has a way of amplifying the experience energetically overall. Our virtual Monroe Community Group meets on Zoom and is open to anyone. We listen to a Hemi-Sync or Monroe Sound Science exercise together and then talk about it as a group. What you can’t get from listening to a recording alone is somebody to whom to describe all of the small strange things that are happening, to help you wrap your head around the experiences and point you in the right direction toward making sense of them for yourself. This is your chance to discuss all of this with a nonjudgmental and non-dogmatic group who has felt it too and is committed to learning for you as much as you are to learning from them. If you’ve had a spiritual or metaphysical experience you couldn’t make sense of and no one you felt you could unpack it with, this is one of the best places to do so. For anyone staring at a blank page, working on a half-finished song, or a nursing a project that’s been “almost done” for a year, this is a class where we focus on removing creative blockages and getting into the flow state. We use Hemi-Sync audio to shift you out of the block, and then we have a timed sprint where you focus on your own work toward a small goal that you set as an intention before you begin. We don’t stop until the timer rings. You leave with something you made yourself that didn’t exist at 8:30. You just need stereo headphones, a quiet room, and something to make with - whether you want to write, draw, paint, or play - whatever you decide to use to create is fully up to you. In this one-day live workshop, Hemi-Sync audio guides your body into deep stillness while your mind stays fully awake and alert, opening you into a state of expanded consciousness. Then, we move into a state outside of time. While you’re in that state, you focus on embodying the life you want instead of the one you’re currently headed toward. The idea is that choosing it clearly, in that state, makes it more likely to happen because you are observing it as though it already exists and you are embodying that version of yourself while within the meditation. Your birth chart is a snapshot of the sky at the exact minute and place you were born. I read the whole chart and write it out for you in plain language, about twenty pages. I go through every planet, Sun through Pluto, plus the lunar nodes, Chiron, and Lilith, and explain what each one says about how you think, how you love, how you work, and how you protect yourself. Then I go through the sixteen major aspects, the angles between those planets, which is where you find out why two parts of you sometimes want different things. Then I go through all twelve houses in order: what area of your life each house covers, which planet rules it and where that planet is in your chart, and which planets are in it. You give me your birth date, exact birth time, and birth place at checkout, and your finished report arrives as a PDF within three business days. The exact time matters, because it sets the houses.

Coaching is an hour on Zoom, one on one with me. When you book, you tell me what you want to work on, so we start on it in the first minute instead of the twentieth. In the session we look at where you are, where you want to be, and what is standing between the two. I ask questions, I pull cards if they help, and I take notes. You're welcome to take your own. By the end of the hour, you know what to do next and when you're going to do it. I'm a certified life coach.
