Play one tone in your left ear and a slightly different one in your right, and your brain produces a third signal: the difference between them. That’s called a binaural beat.
Hemi-Sync®, short for hemispheric synchronization, is built on that frequency following response. Developed by Robert Monroe and lab tested for over 50 years, it layers binaural beats with music and verbal guidance to lead your brain into specific states: deep relaxation, focus, sleep, expanded awareness... whichever state you need, while you lie back and listen.
Here’s why that matters for manifestation. As the audio guides you down into theta, the slow, dreamy brainwave state you pass through on the edge of sleep, visualization gets vivid. Stress quiets. The mental chatter loosens its grip. And from that state, you can align your frequency with the life you actually want and embody the version of yourself who already lives it.
That’s what shifting timelines is. It’s consciously choosing the version of your life you want to experience, rather than running the same patterns on repeat. People report dropping into meditation faster than they thought they could, and sleeping better afterward, too.
But the deeper shift is perspective. Situations that felt stuck start to move, because you’re looking at them from your highest timeline instead of from inside the loop... and that puts your life back in your hands.
On Saturday, August 29, 9 AM to 6 PM Central on Zoom, I will be streaming five Hemi-Sync journeys live - and I will teach you how to shift timelines using this audio technology as a launch point.
One participant’s verdict on my last workshop: “I think The Monroe Institute should incorporate this class into their schedule, as soon as possible.”
P.S. Registration closes Thursday, August 27.
Dear Demi!
You are doing such amazing things I want to learn! Hemi-Sync may be one of the only technologies I am thrilled about! :) :) :) Thank you so much for your kindness and love!
