If you like bicycle mounted vorpal blade beheading as a sport, you should check out cowgirl mounted shooting. Two barrels, a figure eight course, balloons that pop up from the barrels, a six gun with blanks (because at close range firing the blank pops the balloon) and one well-trained horse. Never seen it done side saddle, that would be trickier.
It intense. This lady won the world championship and they had her tell her story. But there is a division with balloons popping up from barrels, I'm sure, as a friend built the timers for it.
