You better believe it! I lost my job in 2021 because of CONvid. Since then, I’ve had the time and the quiet to “work on myself/soul work”. But, it takes time, and the willingness and awareness to do so.

As I do it myself, my little son at 5 practices being in the heart and breathing when it seems chaos is swirling and overwhelming. So cute, and a helpful practical yoga to do.🙏💜✨️

I do understand that. In this age of distraction and diversion it is quite pointless and the technology just exacerbates it. Oh well....
