I'm working on something like this currently because I would likely explain it differently from others, but in the meantime, I would start through immersion. Get a deck, watch readings, and figure out your own style. Look at the traditional meanings of the cards and notice how the artwork on the card when using different decks can alter the meanings. In my experience, no two readers do it the same way - especially not if they're intuitive readers, art readers, or using the cards while they're channeling.
