I love the "thread card" about feelings. Great tangible analogy about it taking some time to sit through them all, actually feel them, and then sort them all out. There are so many "tangled up" people on this rock that just will not take the time to do that. And so consequently, they have little to no emotional clarity - which is needed first, before one can even think about trying to work on emotional maturity....
