Anarchy, as a term, has a terrible stigma attached to it - I prefer natural law also. I'm not advocating guerilla warlords. I don't think that tends to happen naturally anyway. The CIA installs those to destabilize or restabilize regions according to who will play ball with them and then calls it "anarchy" to deter people from rejecting governance they never agreed to.
