Thank you! I felt sick most of the day, but the Kp is back down to a safer level now, and I'm feeling a lot better. I'm lucky I only get nausea when it happens. It doesn't impact my abilities, and as far as health goes, it could be a lot worse.
I’m glad you’re feeling ok! It’s an interesting subject for sure. I see how differently it affects people and also animals. Sometimes I get more anxious, but also when I’m out at night and watch full moon for a while I feel more refreshed.
