Earworms are really messages.
Pay attention to the lyrics to decipher what they are trying to tell you.

We've discussed that people have differences in their thought patterns, and that some have an internal monologue while others don't.
Personally, my internal monologue happens to consist of my singing to myself all day long. If you could tap into my thought-stream, this is literally 80-90% of what you'd hear. Except these are not full songs - they're usually earworms, snippets of song lyrics on repeat until another one takes its place.
Now, I know I've talked a lot about what earworms I have had over the years and the songs that follow me around everywhere (and yes, the Chicago thing *still* happens every time I leave the house - I swear someday I will find out I’m being punked by someone who hired Peter Cetera to follow me around with a mariachi band in tow).
But have you noticed that the lyrics that get stuck on repeat in your head are actually your subconscious trying to tell you something, harping on a particular message until you get it, and then the earworm suddenly goes away?
In my experience, it's much like having a recurring dream - until you get the earworm message, your psyche just won't hang up the phone....
The first time I realized it was happening, I had a massive epiphany (that epiphany feeling is usually your higher self experiencing joy/triumph that you finally got the message). Pay attention to music that comes up synchronistically or anything you can't seem to stop singing to yourself - pick the lyrics apart - think of it like a puzzle. Decipher the message and usually the earworm will stop.
If you have an earworm cycling through right now, really think about it and be honest - why is this clip stuck on repeat for you? What are the lyrics and/or instrumentation trying to tell you? And what are you meant to acknowledge from it or do about it so your mind can move on?
Something else that’s cool to explore - music and telepathy light up similar areas within the brain. And when you consider what sound, frequency, energy, vibration, manifestation, etc., all have in common - this makes perfect sense. We just gravitate to it because of how we think and communicate.
