One more thing, Remote Viewing can be done as well. The Brainwave state I get in to, I like to call "flying under the radar". I can get into this state in a matter of seconds when I choose to do a session. It doesn't matter where I'm at or what's going on around, I tune everyone and everything out, somehow. (Probably because I'm a Mother of four, and learned to drown out the sounds lol, until I heard "Mommy!" or a cry or a certain scream..)

Anyways... I go into this state where I "sink" down just below my conscious mind so it doesn't interfere; it's where I fly. It allows me to receive impressions and images, sensing certain feelings, emotions, and the sounds of the words associated with the Target, etc. I can do this with my eyes opened or closed, for hours if I choose to.

I also record my sessions in Google Docs, so I can continue to learn and to compare and understand what certain impressions or feelings mean in relation to the Target. It's actually one of my favorite hobbies and topics of research.

I love this! I learned through Monroe Institute. Where did you study?

Lol I have replied two or three times, but keep getting "Girl, Interrupted" by my own self. 😊

I trained myself, pretty much. I did a ton of research, studied everything I could find on the subject. Read articles, e-books, publications, journals, websites... For a while there I felt like Alice in Wonderland. Fell into every rabbit hole I could find, and some that I didn't.

No formal training, no one-on-one instruction. Well, I guess the "Rabbit Hole School of Thought" is where I trained. I consume knowledge like it's going out of style.

Gerald O'Donnell's work was a major influence. And I'd bring it up in every conversation I had (once I "read the room" that is) no matter where I was at or who I was talking to. And if whomever I spoke hadn't heard much about it, I'd hit the highlight reel and share what I learned up to that day. Or if they had heard about it, I'd listen to see if I could learn something new.

No worries - it happens! :)

I love this! Catering to autodidacts was the entire reason I began my publication - I wanted to be able to hand what I was thinking about to someone else and see where they were able to take it and hand it back in return.

I feel like anyone with an authentic love of learning will lean in that direction regardless of whatever other formal training we have - and it's beautiful to see!! 🙏🏻💜💫

This answers a lot of questions for me. Why it was difficult to spring back following my torrential divorce. It’s 14 years later I’m finally dreaming again. I can only recall parts of them when I wake. But that’s a start. I’m going to apply your advice for more improvement. Thank you for this valuable information for people. 🤗

14 years is 2 Saturn cycles. Saturn can be a lot of hard work. Glad you are coming back to yourself. I was reading your comment when my husband came in and I told him I found a good Substack for him he would love (yours). He loves magic. When I told him your name he said YES!! I've done Automatic Writing sessions in the Theta state several times. When I came out of the channeling and read what was written, it blew my mind! In fact, (the last time I did that was in 2017, I think) and STILL, to this day, I try to understand it. Have yet to figure it out.

But I could always tell when "something" wanted to communicate with me or had a message for me... because I'd start to get drowsy and there'd be a "pressure" on the top of my head, pressing down on my Crown Chakra. Almost as if I was an air bubble, like under a screen protector for your phone, and it was trying to push me out or up.

What was the writing all about? Did it make sense? What kind of themes emerged?

I do it daily - all of the channeled messages on my publication are done via automatic writing! :)

Interesting. The ones you mention are short blurbs. What about the mechanical act of typing something longer? Is is it easier via cursive writing or speech to text? For some of us, fast typing means a high number of typos (and I have a habit of editing on the fly). Does this method cause interference with the "flow"?

It depends on the person and their individual process. I have a higher typo count when I am automatic writing. I also have to reread it each time because I can't remember what came through, so that's when I clean it up. When I reread it, it's like reading it for the first time.

I assume there's a connection or continuum between automatic writing and the sort of stream of consciousness writing that occurs when one is "in the zone." The topic doesn't matter, you know when you're in it. But what I've noticed lately, is quite often I find creative ideas, phrases, themes, even fully developed concepts for articles exist in my head, but when I go to type, the process gets more cumbersome. Not sure what's happening there. Almost like there's interference. I blame society ;-)

LOL! That sounds like automatic writing. Downloading full concepts from the collective unconscious while in the flow state is what most of our most brilliant physics and art minds have done through the ages. It's all connected. Maybe record/transcribe instead of writing directly? There's no correct answer - it's whatever works best for you that does not interrupt your flow state! :)

For me, when I do automatic writing, (when I feel that pressure on my head, I know it's Go Time) I open my laptop to a Google doc. And just as soon as I finish typing the date & time, I'm gone... And when I return, I look at the time and type it out like this: 1:06am - End of Transmission.

And I believe once you begin receiving the transmission, you'll be so immersed, like floating... so fluid in the "flow" that your conscious mind will take a back seat, if you will, and somehow quietly observe without judgement. Judgement causes filters, filters cause a layer of your authenticity to be obscured, which in turn, creates doubt which results in typos due to a tiny seed of insecurity planted by that judgement.

That's been my experience, anyway.... (and my logical interpretation of what my own judgement does to me. lol, just now figured that out. Learned something new about myself today. Thank you both 😁)

I haven't tried recording a session with my voice... 🤔 nor have I thought about recording a video of myself doing a session. (Mainly because I am a big chicken.. a literal scardy cat. And I'm afraid of what I might see or hear.) But that would be a stellar way to conduct self-research.

That's exactly like it happens for me as well - my conscious just sort of floats to the back and I don't remember anything that I write until I reread afterwards and process it with my conscious mind.

What I was getting at originally, is what kind of topics emerge from this? Are they all metaphysical or spiritual in nature? Or do they cover other areas?

Well, some are, yes. Some are very insightful and enlightening. Some are predictive in nature. Some are just odd, and profound, making like no sense on this plane of existence. It's not jibber jabber, though, it's just far beyond this realm. I wrote a few in mid & late 2016, that I'm still trying to figure out.

Some are poetic and very direct in their knowledge. And it is true, subjectively, that is. But on a whole 'nother level of elevated thought and depth.

For me, it's anything I am focusing on. And once I place my focus on that topic, I start to bring in other information about it. This happens until a sort of floodgate to an epiphany opens up. I'm not sure that this is how it is for everyone. It's just the way it happens in my own experience.

Apocalypse comes from Greek apokálypsis “uncovering,” a derivative of the verb apokalýptein “to take the cover off,” a compound whose first element is the preposition and prefix apó, apo- “off, away.” The preposition apó has the same Proto-Indo-European origin as Latin ab, Sanskrit ápa, Gothic af (English off and of ), all meaning “away, away from.”

Interesting that the word "apocalypse" used to basically mean to unveil, instead of the end of the world...so there maybe an upgrade of consciousness when a veil is lifted. 🤔💛✨️

It's cyclical. We are both pre-apocalypse and post-apocalypse.

If you go to the What I'm Watching from last Friday and watch the Matthew LaCroix video, this will explain the concrete 3D version of what I am saying here.

On the consciousness side of that, each cycle is an opportunity for you to choose to step off the karmic wheel and move on.

Some choose to stay, some choose to go.

Some stay because they are unaware they have a choice to go. That's the ultimate bamboozle of this place - getting stuck because you would choose not to remain in cycle if you knew you could opt out, but because you choose not to study this, you remain by default through ignorance, believing that's the only choice (or deciding there's nothing beyond that and believing in it so hard that you manifest it - that would be one of the products of focuses 24-26 - I'll grab you the chart for that).

Some, having mastered staying and what manipulating this place looks like, choose never to leave. They remain cycle after cycle and choose to call it home.

But all of this is choice, consent, and direct reflections of belief patterns - so, as the saying goes, "be careful what you wish for."

One sec... I'll grab you that chart....

I struggle with a ptsd trauma based, religious, boarding home upbringing. I've come a long way, but unlearning and relearning can be very challenging, especially beliefs and reality testing.
