Exactly this. The vibrational realignments drop away those things we no longer need. The items we stick to a bit like those sticky hand things we used to be able to get out of the candy machine back in the day. Those items are what we need to release that have work to the process, deep work.

I have been dumping old relationships and finding new more positive ones. I have had bouts of dizziness and I'm sensitive to energy somewhat. Is this part of the frequency raising? At the times I had dizziness the Schumann frequency was all white (off the charts).
I've even found a church that embraces all this stuff you write about, and much more, all at the right time! (We're a bunch of psychics, healers and channelers believe it or not. All of this was common at the time of Jesus.)
If you are dealing with dizziness, I would still get checked out by a doctor. Do some blood work and make sure it's not low blood sugar or a blood pressure issue. Rule out anything vasovagal.
Having ruled out these kinds of issues, grounding and earthing more might help with anything energetic.

Remember that this too shall pass.” VERY POWERFUL WORDS -BUT I’m still having a difficult time still since my sister and niece are out of my life (for now) due to a major falling out-any advice for once VERY CLOSE family members that were tremendous ASSHOLES and meddled where they never should have meddled with my life choices?
It's hard... but forgiveness and release so that you don't have to carry that burden around in your heart anymore. Take your power back, but leave reconciling in the future open as an option. Someday it might happen. Things might blow over. Apologies might be offered and accepted. Let go... and then simply leave the door open to see.
