That meme regarding not being a Democrat or a Republican reminded me of a dream my uncle had regarding me. Now he's a hardcore Trump supporter who has been staying with us in Las Vegas for the last several days. He's been trying to pin down my politics which is a tiresome game: I think both major parties are hopelessly corrupted beyond redemption and that the only thing you can do is heal yourself and try to build systems that bypass their control grid altogether.

My uncle said he had a dream where somebody asked me if I was a liberal.

"I am not a liberal! I am a general!" I retorted back. Hilariously this sounds exactly like something I might have said, but I never thought of it. I'll keep it regardless. I'm sick and tired of divide and conquer...
