They are "large language models" and they are going to be "garbage in, garbage out" systems no matter how large the scale of garbage. Which means the "AI" nurse will give bad advice and people will suffer injuries and death. Nvidia will escape any liability. So will the hospital administrators who murdered people for profit since 2020.

Medical error is the third largest cause of death in this country. Until we completely reform medicine, it doesn't matter who or what is doing the nursing. The information and techniques they're using are incorrect, and people will continue to be maimed and killed by the profession.
I understand what you are saying. But I don't think it is correct to talk about reform. The system works the way it was designed. It's meant to kill as many people as possible. So I agree with not using it. Like the government, I suspect that we are better off not replacing it with anything. Remove the tumour and replace it with nothing. Turn it off and leave it off.
Replacing living nurses like friend Dee with robo-chat madness merely serves to make the death distribution more profitable. And a living nurse might be able to do some good when no one is looking.
