This quote, "While shifting collective consciousness may seem too lofty for one person, the ripples each of us generate through our thoughts, actions, and energy are never insignificant. We are each of us microscopic agents of change vital to the evolution of humanity." me me think of a famous quote from a Robert F. Kennedy speech:
"It is from numberless diverse acts of courage and belief that human history is shaped each time a man stands up for an ideal or acts to improve the lot of others or strikes out against injustice. He sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring, those ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest wall of oppression and resistance."
What a great read!! I have been the little girl praying and dreaming for world peace my whole life, I have veered off many times but I always end up deep in prayer for the whole that is core connected consciousness ♥️♥️
I really enjoyed reading this piece. As I did I was repeatedly reminded of a fantastic paper I once read, authored jointly by Rupert Sheldrake and Abraham Maslow, I believe in the 1070's. Their theory posed the idea that if Maslow's theory of peak experiences were to somehow combine with an event like the 100th monkey phenomenon the world could be miraculously improved, spontaneously and immediately. I think your essay takes my imagination even farther than this idea which has always given me such a high degree of hope.
