You are working on ancestral healing in order to clear space for new energy to come into your life. This is a detoxification of mind and body and it is going to have a miraculous outcome upon your life moving forward. You are being guided to get back in touch with divine feminine energy (everyone has both divine masculine and divine feminine energies inside themselves) so that you will know what it is like to remain receptive, to tap into your creative energies, to lead with your heart.

Treat yourself with understanding and compassion even if others typically have not. You are being guided to create a sacred space both inside and outside of yourself where you can go in order to regain a sense of calm when old feelings crop up that need to be shed away.

There is a wound here that requires healing. The first way we know and learn how to experience love is through our families. How you were treated as a child has impacted your energetic relationships as an adult. If your way of having been modeled love was somehow broken, your current ideas on how to express love in the present could be somewhat askew.

The adults around you may have had ways of making you feel like you were somehow unworthy of love, projecting their own heartaches, faults, and insecurities onto you as you reflected back to them a tiny version of themselves. This isn’t your fault and this blocked energy has been wedged inside of your heart for too long.

Now that you are an adult, you are able to release the feeling that you are somehow unworthy of love, understanding, and compassion - this did not come from you and it isn’t true. Be patient with yourself as you shift away from these thoughts. It takes time.

Children do mental gymnastics in order to survive tough situations - they take the energies projected onto them and make these energies “their fault” because having fallible guardians is not conducive to survival. This energy needs to be shed like an old skin.

You are able to provide understanding and compassion and nurture for yourself, even if the mothers in your line didn’t, wouldn’t, or couldn’t. You are here to break this pattern for yourself and for your own children, to heal this for your ancestors so that, moving forward, your descendants will not be beholden to this energy.

You are beginning to understand what it is to nurture and be nurtured, to hold space and to have space held for you, to simply be rather than to always feel the need to do, and to receive with grace.

This will reconnect you with your heart space, help you to dissolve any unwanted or disturbing thoughts about what you think you do not deserve when you absolutely DO, and open you up to a greater level of hope through the increased ability to access your intuition without second guessing it.

As you find your way to reconnecting with this energy, you gain momentum, the wheel of life turns, and you become aligned with your soul’s purpose. You are being guided to remain present as much as possible.

When thoughts of the past come to you and make you feel hurt, remember that you can sit with them in the present and allow them to pass, to wash over you and out of you as you heal.

You are able to process them and let them go - now, at this point in time, these are just stories. These stories do not have to be who you are forever. You are under no obligation to see yourself through someone else’s eyes.

Other people’s judgments of you have no bearing on who you really are. You are free to let this go, to protect your heart by not allowing this energy in, to find your own sense of harmony and fulfillment.

This is going to help you to awaken your personal power and confidence so that you can move through life from now on in alignment with your passions - this is a new beginning filled with self-confidence in which you have released anyone else’s outdated ideas of who you are and who you might be from your overall sense of self.

You get to be YOU. You are not beholden to anyone else’s opinions about who you are or ought to be. If you dislike other people’s ideas of you, you get to reject those ideas in favor of your own. You have strong character and morals, you are faithful and modest, and you don’t need to take in the ideas of others that you don’t.
