I've been doing cleanses, juicing, supplements and all that good stuff for over 25 years .. by now I do not even trust supplements anymore, the conglomerates seem to buy these companies, destroy the products and sell them under the same name... what supplememnts do you recommend and where do you get them?
Everyone will have different regional availability. Make sure whatever you get is as pure as possible, no additives, clean, organic, third party tested.
I don't trust labels or 3rd party shit anymore .. even the most trusted sources.. the products either vanish or change.. suddenly it doesn't produce the reaults anymore or I've noticed side- effects that weren't there before.. they have taken full advantage of these insane labelling laws we have .. and the big guys are taking over ..big pharama bought many little health companies .. as soon as they got online track .. either killed them or compromised them..
I'm looking for a small loca source.. we need many little businesses big companies can be "taken".... little ones all over the place cannot.
I will go see a homeopathic specialist .. if I find out anything, I will let you know!! Please do the same.

I am sure I couldn't keep up with the banter even if I knew where to find those convos while they were going on, but reading this I found myself wanting to comment on many of these exchanges! Glad to know there are so many smart and thoughtful people around here in Substackistan.
Along the lines that "there are things I can change - and there are things that I cannot change", I would lean out far enough to say that I can't change the depopulation agenda without exterminating all those behind it, but that would be beyond my abilities. So, I stick with things I can change. Looking at women's breasts is not one of those. My love for these greatest feats the Universe ever came up with will never change. What is controversial IMHO is the fact that feminists complain about evolution. It is my understanding that female breasts are pacifiers. They nourish, they make the world go around and we all owe them much more than stares, or gazes. One should look at boobs like looking into the stars.
Last but not least, women look at dicks. Each and every time. How I know? B/C I had a friend who convinced me to put that to the test. In an Italian ice cream parlor in my hometown. 45 years ago. 9 out of 10 women looked at the man's crotch. If only for a fraction of a second - but that look comes, b/c it's in the genes. Let's just enjoy each other's presence, and celebrate the mischievous nature of the Universe by allowing a species to indulge in the pleasures of visual triggers.
