The following is an announcement from Beth Haley at The Monroe Institute.
She is offering a residential Gateway Voyage course in Alberta, Canada.
As many of you already know, the residential Gateways at the Virginia campus are booked solid about a year out, so this is an amazing opportunity for getting into a class if you can.
On top of being an incredible mind-blowing and life-altering experience, this course is the prerequisite for so many of the other available Monroe Institute courses, and taking it now might mean not having to wait a year to book the other courses you’re interested in.
So, please do take the opportunity if that is in alignment with what you have been hoping to accomplish.
This residential Gateway section will be taught by Beth Haley and Luca Biotti.
The Gateway Voyage retreat will take place October 9-15, 2026 at the Sanctum Retreat Centre in Caroline, Alberta, Canada.
This is a residential, immersive retreat, meaning participants stay on site for the full duration of the program.
Focus of the Program
Gateway Voyage is designed to support exploration of expanded states of consciousness, including deep meditation states, heightened awareness, and non-physical perception.
While there are no guarantees or expectations placed on any specific outcome, the program does include exercises that are commonly associated with:
· Expanded awareness
· Deep states of focus
· Exploration beyond the physical senses
Some participants have experienced out-of-body states, while others have equally meaningful experiences of insight, clarity, healing, or profound inner awareness. Gateway is suitable for both beginners and those with prior meditation experience, and each participant’s experience unfolds in a way that is unique and personal.
Program Flow
We begin on the first day at around 4:00 pm, allowing time for arrival, settling in, and supper together.
From the second day onward, days begin after breakfast and include several guided Gateway sessions spaced throughout the day, with breaks for meals, rest, and integration. Most evenings conclude after supper, allowing time for reflection and rest. The retreat concludes after breakfast on the last day.
Accommodations & Meals
Your registration includes:
· Comfortable on-site accommodations
· All participants will have private rooms with toilet and sink. Showers are shared but lockable for privacy.
· All meals for the duration of the retreat the chef (Jegath) does everything he can to accommodate dietary requests.
· Expert Guidance & Facilitation - I am an International Residential Trainer with The Monroe Institute and have been teaching Monroe Institute programs for over sixteen years, working with hundreds of participants. This depth of experience allows me to guide participants safely and skillfully through the process, offer individualized support as needed, and help integrate experiences in a grounded and meaningful way.
· The retreat environment, combined with the group’s energy and beautiful facilities, creates a level of safety, coherence, and responsiveness that is not available through self-guided audio alone.
