When I was a teenager, we used to go up to "the city" and go up to grumpy faces and say "smile, tomorrow may be worse" - it ALWAYS brought a smile to their faces 😀.
Hey - I would to thank-you directly for sending a refund. That makes me think "higher" of you and I'm not kidding around. Cause I think that is "optional" based on some recent experience.

Re ‘you are not your thoughts’, this is a classic element of a raja yoga practice. It begins 1) you are not your body, then, 2) you are not your emotions and 3) you are not your thoughts. This discilpline is extraordinarily helpful and consistent with psychoanalysis which helps you create the witness position relative to your thoughts.
