This is so fire. I'm Libertarian with some ancap romanticism. We the people can take back our power.
Corporate media knows that fear weighs (and pays) twice as much as anything resembling hope. So of course they sell terror 24-7. But it’s a skewed picture, only half the story.
I just finished a 5-year project curating all the good news in the world (and Far Side cartoons). It's all tech, medical and energy breakthroughs that I believe will save us.
Right now, I'm just promoting brilliant ideas, people, orgs, but phase two is connecting people to a cause. Whatever cause they vibe with. I've no horse in the race other than advancing freedom and philosophy.
When I saw the Chomsky one, I immediately thought of how during the Scamdemic, he said that the unvaxed should not be allowed to buy food. Apparently he didn't take his own advice about questioning government propaganda.
I was at first a little scared of the egregore post. I am Christian. Then it occurred to me both can be true simultaneously. So I set about setting up shields around my son’s apartment and his whole complex and appealed the Lord for help. I feel empowered. I grew a little bit today.
I LOVE that!! This is how I tend to approach the world also... more along the lines of the elephant parable. We have many lenses through which we have attempted to describe similar concepts utilizing the narratives and concepts we already know as bridge points from which to make sense of new information. When you know that, all you have to do is switch lenses to see the overarching conceptual truth. It is very rarely an either/or scenario. It's usually just a different way to explain it. As a Christian, it should just deepen and enrich your experience as a Christian, not make you fearful of the world. No other concept appears more often in the Bible than that which urges humans not to fear. Jesus straight up told us that we can do everything he does. We are inherently capable of the miraculous. We were made that way. So, don't be afraid. Just continue to have faith. 🙏🏻💜💫
I have wandered around spiritually as an educational pursuit for my soul. I am way too psychic not to recognize the various boxes.
My open profession of faith in Christ is lived experience. When my father died I felt it and prayed. In a fully immersive vision Jesus stood in front of me and said “I have him” then stepped aside to reveal my younger, healthier and thoroughly confused dad standing right behind him, but at that moment he was unable to see me.
My dad was a felon and a minister. My mom likes crystals, especially after they divorced. Dad was delightfully surprised and excited about what he was experiencing after death. He spent about a month in transit from here to where he went out of range. During that time he’d take over mine and my sister’s streaming music. He sent her songs they used to belt out together “Keep on Believing”. He composed poems for me out of song titles. It was the best time in our relationships for all of us.
It wasn’t me using the music. It was dad talking to me in his favorite language. I’d be out walking my dog and feel dad sidle up beside me - and my music would then change genres without any prompting from me.
The last thing he said to me in life was sing the psalms. The last thing he said to me after physical death was Eagle Eye Cherry’s Save Tonight. For tomorrow I’ll be gone. That night I dreamt of him taking one last, happy loving look back over his shoulder before turning his face forward and disappearing over the horizon. I’m not sure I can call that a dream since mine have an occasional habit of predicting the future or seeing things happen in front of me from a distance. I keep an open mind but a guarded soul.
Some good memes today
I walk in a room and see who looks up to see me.
Ah, they’re switched on. My people. Usually a dad.
Thomas Sowell was/is/will always be the GOAT.

This makes my heart happy that you've been using music to stay connected to him. I love when my guides send me music. 🥰🙏🏻💜💫

That's what I meant - he's using it to communicate with you! 🥰

These are so good!
