Focus on the solutions instead of wallowing in the problems.
If you're thinking, "But my problem has no solution," and you're triggered by this, GOOD.
If what you're doing isn't working, that means you need to change the way you're thinking about the problem to find the solutions that are hidden in it.
It might mean changing the entire way you're thinking about the problem AS a problem altogether and reframe it as an opportunity even if doing so feels really uncomfortable at first.
Creating new synaptic pathways always feels uncomfortable at first. You'll get used to it.
But more often than not, you'll find solutions you never even dreamed were in there.
That's the gold.
Special thanks to Jamie Tanna.
