For those of you waving hi at me from under a rock, tomorrow, October 4, there will be a test which turns 5G all the way on for half an hour around 2:20 PM Eastern.
[EDIT, note from FEMA: "In case the Oct. 4 test is postponed due to widespread severe weather or other significant events, the back-up testing date is Oct. 11."]
There’s been a lot of WEIRD speculation (as usual) regarding what this means and what it will do.
Remember, the majority of people who got sick BEFORE the shots either had pre-existing conditions that made them predisposed to having issues with 60Ghz-induced hypoxia OR they traded in their phones and got exposed to an uptick in 5G exposure from the new unit.
For those with new phones + uptick in 5G exposure as the root cause, their bodies detoxed out the RADIATION and after that, most of them were fine, with “long COVID” likely to have been some sort of continuous source of ambient environmental exposure over time.
(No, they did not have unicorns in their blood that made them sick. No one sneezed on them and gave them unicorns of pestilence. And you need to read Invisible Rainbow by Arthur Firstenberg so that you understand how this works and why sudden upticks in electrical exposure make people sick. Go on and read Tom Cowan’s Contagion Myth while you’re at it.)
So, tomorrow, when some people "get sick" and then they blame it on "some new variant" (because what better way to convince all of the dummies in the world that there IS one when there isn’t) remember that this was caused by an uptick in AMBIENT RADIATION (NOT "variant" pestilence unicorns in your blood), and remember to GROUND.
Go outside and put your bare feet in the dirt. Discharge some electricity. (Do this all the time regardless. You'll feel better.)
If you want to put your phone in a Faraday box for 30 minutes, it won't kill you. Be my guest.
Is it necessary? Eh. Depends....
If you filled yourself with shots full of weird experimental metals and nanotech OR if you have any sort of heavy metal toxicity, grounding will be even more important tomorrow, and yeah, then you might want to limit your exposure to your phone. It's basically like putting a bunch of metal in the microwave for 30 minutes. Except the metal is IN you and you're IN the microwave. Like this CD….
Can certain frequencies enable nanotech? Sure.

Do you have a pacemaker? Err on the side of caution.
Oddly enough, the easiest way to protect yourself from your phone radiation during that time would be to put the phone in foil inside your microwave. The microwave IS a Faraday box.
AND REMEMBER NOT TO USE THE MICROWAVE BY ACCIDENT WITH THE FOIL-WRAPPED PHONE INSIDE OF IT.
Take some Lugol's in your water to protect yourselves against additional ambient radiation. If you've had any recent hair fallout since the towers were installed, you might want to do that anyway. If you have thyroid issues, consult your doctor. Hopefully you have a copacetic practitioner by now who isn’t going to look at you like you’re a lunatic because you actually have some kind of realistic grasp on the way the world works. If not, switch professionals accordingly.
And remember, kids, if anyone tells you that "viruses" are CAUSED or TRIGGERED by 5G, the crazy person has been huffing too much snake venom, you need to stop listening to the crazy person immediately, and the crazy person needs to let the adults in the room talk.

It doesn't matter how well connected I am to friends, or their intellect, when I explain something they just react as though I am speaking gobble de gook.
